Diagnostic Service
Blair will gladly consult with you on the telephone to provide diagnostic advice to troubleshoot the problem.  This service enables the customer to determine the problem and possibly repair it on site, thereby reducing costly down time.

Blair and the staff at Spectrum are industry leaders who take pride in providing quality workmanship and customer service excellence 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Parts
Spectrum stocks a wide range of OEM and quality aftermarket parts for various Allison transmission models.  For non-stocked or specialty parts, same or next day service can be arranged.

We also manufacture quality parts in an effort to reduce costs for the end user.

Preventative Maintenance
Blair will explain preventative maintenance options for your Allison transmission to ensure optimum performance and extended life.

Testing
Each Allison transmission must meet our high standards and be within Allison specifications.  Prior to shipping, all transmissions are dyno tested for:

• Proper pressures
• Fluid flow
• Internal and external leakage
• Proper valve body calibration
• Correct operation

Mobile service available

Warranty
Spectrum offers a competitive warranty.  The warranty covers transmission repairs required due to workmanship and defective or malfunctioning Allison transmission parts that were supplied new or qualified for reuse at the time of complete overhaul by Spectrum Industrial Automatics Ltd.

Our factory-trained technicians have over 17 years of combined experience.  Up-to-date training is provided to all of our technicians to ensure that the most current service information and procedures are used in all repairs and overhauls.
